Customer Service/Loan Assistant
Duties & responsibilities:
- Be available to the customer by carefully listening to their requests, needs, and concerns. Understand what questions to ask to determine how to best assist in serving the customer.
- Know all details of the various deposit accounts offered by the bank and determine the appropriate product to offer the customer.
- Assist customers with various loan related questions.
- Service and maintain loan files.
- Correspond with attorneys on various trust documents, to ensure items are processed correctly.
- Occasional back up teller duties
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working with customers
