Customer Service/Loan Assistant

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Be available to the customer by carefully listening to their requests, needs, and concerns. Understand what questions to ask to determine how to best assist in serving the customer.
  • Know all details of the various deposit accounts offered by the bank and determine the appropriate product to offer the customer.
  • Assist customers with various loan related questions.
  • Service and maintain loan files.
  • Correspond with attorneys on various trust documents, to ensure items are processed correctly.
  • Occasional back up teller duties

Position requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working with customers
